In humble submission to the will of God, we announce the earthly transition of Evelyn Bowden on January 11, 2025. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 10:00 A.M in the Rosa Glover Memorial Chapel (4334 Brentwood Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32206). Interment will be at Restlawn Cemetery South (3301 Moncrief Road, Jacksonville, FL 32209).  Visitation will be held Friday,, January 18, 2025 from 4:00-7:00 PM at the mortuary.   In the time of personal loss, the beloved family has elected to locally entrust the Ministry of Comfort & Care, along with transitional after-care arrangements to Holmes-Glover-Solomon Funeral Directors, Inc.
