In humble submission to the will of God, we announce the earthly transition of Roderick Maurice Crawford, 61, on February 23, 2026

He was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Crawford Jr. and his sister, Felesha Michelle Crawford. He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Jacquelyn Chapman (Keir), Naquana Washington (Haylan), and Brodrick Crawford; six grandchildren; his mother, Delores Crawford; and a host of extended family and friends. The visitation will be held Friday, March 13, 2026 from 3:00PM-6:00PM in the West Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 945 Carrie Street, Jacksonville, Florida. The celebration of life will be held Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 11:00AM in the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, 3738 Winton Drive, Jacksonville, Florida. The final disposition of burial will be held in the Historic Restlawn Cemetery.
