Mr. Alford Carl Tillman, II was born September 13, 1976 in Jacksonville, Florida to Arnie Willie Tillman and Ilean Tillman.
He attended and graduated from Jean Ribault Senior High School and furthered his education at Florida State College, then later Tulsa Welding School.
Mr. Tillman was preceded in death by his father; grandfathers, Alford Carl Tillman and Johns Storey Phillips; grandmothers, Willie Mae Jones and Lola Mae Phillips.
Carl leaves memories to be cherished by his daughter, Alyssa Carlyn Tillman; mother Ilean Tillman; siblings, Joe Randall Tillman (Mary Ann) and Tawney Tillman-Harden (Marvin); step-son, David Fugerson; nieces, Ashley and Alana Nichols; special and devoted cousins, Lawrence Govan, Craig Wells, Jamal Jamison, Rochell Tillman and Bernard Bright; loving and devoted friend and mother of his daughter, Kia Smith; god sister, Samantha Houston; god brother, Authur Sumlar, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
