A celebration of Life for Annette Marie Jackson, will be held Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at 1:00 PM from The Rosa-Glover-Holmes Memorial Chapel (4334 Brentwood Avenue).  Visitation will be held in the mortuary on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 from 11:30AM - until the hour of service. The family request that everyone wear any form or piece of purple to the viewing and service to honor Annette's life. Memorialization by cremation.

Annette Marie Jackson is survived by two daughters, Latoya Jackson and Domonique Jackson, her mother, Charlie Mae Jackson, sisters, Delores, Marion, Sherrie, Rita, Yolanda and Cheryl.

...A message from your daughter, Latoya:

"To ask for more time would be selfish.  I know she's now found a peace that life could never offer her but, I can't help but want her to braid my hair one more time, or just sit and watch a cooking show.  I thought I would be prepared for this loss as it should be the natural order of life.  My mind is aware of that but, my heart can't navigate reason.  I wanted to call her to say...'Hey Annette Marie' just to hear...'Hello Latoya, what are those boys doing?' I can imagine her saying...'Stop all that crying over me.' And I will after a while...  I'll think of her when I braid hair or cook lasagna and those will be happy reminders of my mother.  Today I can only grieve and pray to get to a place to celebrate life...
