Celebration of Life for Artelia Hill-Franklin will be held Saturday, May 25, 2024, at 10:00AM in the Rosa Glover Holmes Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be held on the day of service from 9:00AM until the hour of service. Memorialization by cremation.

Artelia Hill-Franklin was born on February 25, 1973, to Mr. Andrew C. Hill and Mrs. Brenda Hill.  Artelia accepted Christ an early age and was a member of Faith United Church of the Living God.  Artelia was a 1991 graduate of Sandalwood High School.  On February 25, 2024, she married Mr. Reginald Franklin after eight years of courtship.  In 2022, Artelia became sick and resigned from the Schulzbacher Center.  Artelia was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and aunt.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, singing and walks on the beach with her devoted husband.  Artelia passed away peacefully on May 15, 2024, at Baptist Hospital Downtown, Jacksonville with her husband at her side.  Artelia was preceded in death by her father, Mr. Andrew Hill.  She leaves to cherish her memories, a loving and faithful husband, Reginald Franklin, Sr.; son(s), Spencer Hill (Angel), Antonio Hill, Candace Hill, mother, Ms. Brenda Hill, sisters, Katrice Hill-Rouse (Carl), Andrea Hill, brother, Alex Hill, mother-in-law, Ethel Lue Franklin, nine grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, aunts other relatives and friends.
