A celebration of Life for Averil Jermaine Ward, Jr. "A.J.", will be held Saturday, December 9, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Stay In Touch With God Ministry (5676 Parris Avenue), Overseer Earnestine Johnson, Living Word Tabernacle of Praise, Tallahassee, FL, officiating.  Visitation will be held in the mortuary on Friday, December 8, 2023, from 4:00 - 7:00 PM. Memorialization by cremation.

Averil "A.J." was a member of Power House of Worship (5733 Cooke Street, Jacksonville, FL 32209).  He survived by his grandparents, Averil & Elizabeth Ward, his father, Averil Ward, Sr., his mother, Natasha Robinson, his "Auntie-momma" Lanetra Randle "Nene," siblings, Deshawn Ward, Shaiquan Simon, Diamond Robinson and Alyssa James, maternal grandmother, Barbara Williams, aunts, LaQuise Ward, Rashonda Kennon (Jarvis), Stephanie Robinson, Betty Robinson, Tammy Jackson, uncles, Jesse Ward, Sr. (Danielle), Billy Jackson, Montea Jackson, Stephano Robinson, a host of cousins, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
