In humble submission to the will of God, we announce the earthly transition of Elouise Ratliff Reed on November 28, 2024. The celebration of life will be held Wednesday, December 11, 2024 from The Rosa Glover Holmes Memorial Chapel (4334 Brentwood Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32206) 1:00 PM.  The visitation will be held Tuesday, December 10, 2024 from 2:00-5:00 PM at the chapel. Final disposition will be held at Restlawn Cemetery South (3301 Moncrief Road, Jacksonville, FL 32209)  In the time of personal loss, the beloved family has elected to locally entrust the Ministry of Comfort & Care, along with transitional after-care arrangements to Holmes-Glover-Solomon Funeral Directors, Inc.
