A Memorial service for Ms. Frances W. Harp will be held Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 11:30 AM in the Newberry Memorial Garden, Inc., Newberry, South Carolina, Rev. Stanley Price, pastor, officiating. She was a member of Bush River Baptist Church in Newberry, SC. Frances was employed as a Professional Seamstress and Co-0wner of Friendly Cleaners and retired after 40+ years of services. She was preceded in death by: her parents, Samuel and Rosabell Harp, brothers, Robert and Nathaniel Harp. She is survived by her loving son, Quincy T. Harp (Mary); grandchildren, Qunicy T. Harp, II (Krystal), Erika L. Harp (Felton), Antonio Wise (Kimberly); great-grandchildren, Carson, Kingston, J'Quintin, Jermarius; great great-grand, Gianna; sister, Sarah Cook (AC) and a host of other relatives and friends.
