In humble submission to the will of God, we announce the earthly transition of Hazel P. Burns on July 13, 2025.

The visitation will be held in the mortuary on Thursday, July 17, 2025, from 2:00PM-5:00PM. The celebration of Life will be held Friday, July 18, 2025, at 11:00AM in the Rosa Glover Holmes Memorial Chapel. The final disposition of burial will be held Monday, July 21, 2025 at 11:00AM in the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
