Funeral service for Jean Walker will be held Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at 1:00PM in the Rosa Glover Holmes Memorial Chapel. She was employed as a registered nurse with Memorial Hospital and University Hospital until retirement. Jean is survived by six children, Cheryl (Augusta, GA), George, Jr. (Las Vegas, NE), Anthony, Vaughn (Oklahoma City, OK), DeAndrous, and Joe, III; one sister, Margery Waters; seventeen grandchildren, thirty-four great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held in the mortuary on Tuesday, February 15, from 2:00PM-5:00PM. Interment in Restlawn Cemeteries.
