Obituary

In humble submission to the will of God, we announce the earthly transition of Niko Pearlman on August 3, 2025.

The visitation will be held in the mortuary Friday, August 15, 2025 from 4:00PM-7:00PM. The celebration of Life will be held Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 12:00 noon from First Chronicles Baptist Church (2559 W. 30th Street, 32209). The final disposition of burial will be held at Restlawn Cemetery South, (3301 Moncrief Road, 32209).

Mr. Niko Kristian Pearlman was born July 21, 1996 in Jacksonville, Florida.  He was the son of Arleshea Lewis (Biological Mother), and adopted parents who raised him into a young man are Alicia Gray, Marvin Gray, Pasha Grant and Carlos Grant, Sr.

He attended the local schools of Duval County, and was a Self Employed Boss.  He loved playing video games with his boys. He was a busy body, comedian, jokester and loved cleaning the house. He loved his family, friends, and also loved caring for and spending time with Tyreek Scott.

Niko was proceeded in death by his uncles Devon Marcus Gray, Lyndon Gray, Sr., Maurice Henderson, aunts Sylvia Graham, Nickeshea Gray, Janice (Lady) Bronson-Battles, Latrell Marcette Gray, and brother Carlos Grant, Jr..

In the time of personal loss, the beloved family has elected to locally entrust the Ministry of Comfort & Care, along with transitional after-care arrangements to Holmes-Glover-Solomon Funeral Directors, Inc.
