In humble submission to the will of God, we announce the earthly transition of Thelma U. Jenkins on May 28, 2025.

The viewing will be held in the mortuary on Friday, June 6, 2025 from 2:00PM-5:00PM. The celebration of her life will be held Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 11:00AM in the Faith United Miracle Temple. She was a faithful member of Joy Christian Community Church. She leaves memories to be cherished by her children, Larry Jenkins (Joann), Patricia Johnson, Rosalee Chance (Eddie); sister, Rosemary Williams (Ronald); sister-in-law, Shirley Sullivan; and a host of other relatives and friends. The final disposition of burial will be held in the Restlawn Cemeteries.

In the time of personal loss, the beloved family has elected to locally entrust the Ministry of Comfort & Care, along with transitional after-care arrangements to Holmes-Glover-Solomon Funeral Directors, Inc.
